The Proceeding Word
On Sunday morning June 24, the direction of that gathering was the emphasis on the rhema word that the Spirit of God was speaking into each heart. We took time during our extended worship to simply hear what the Spirit of the Lord was saying. One was stirred to exhort the church to “pray in the spirit”, another heard “honor” and another “freedom.” I asked that we would pay special attention this week to what was spoken by the Spirit and if we had not yet heard a word then be prepared and listening this week to hear. Heaven is always speaking...we must be listening.
In Matthew 3 & 4 we see a Kingdom pattern in the life of Jesus. He was activated and assigned and His ministry advanced the Kingdom of God. A key scripture that I will speak on this week is Matt. 4:4. “Man does not live on bread alone but on every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” The proceeding word will change your life and fuel the destiny that is in you!
